This ingredient combines two Algae, Dulce and Lithothamion ; their natural content in Proteins, Trace elements and Pigments influences the lipid metabolism. This is an Algae Enzymatic Hydrolysate, with original diet properties. The Hydrolysate is naturally rich in Calcium and Proteins. This water-soluble ingredient contains Peptides, Oligosaccharides, Minerals and Polyphenols.
SHELLFISH HYDROLYSATE: CLAMOSINE®
This Shellfish Hydrolysate, derived from a Scallop extract, is particularly rich in Taurine (3 g /100 mg). It also contains a significant amount of Selenium.
The benefits of this ingredient for the development of Nutritional Formulations aimed at people with joint problems are the following :
- contribution to the modulation of inflammatory mechanisms via Bioactive Peptides and Taurine (modulation of the second cellular messengers of the Cytokine type) ;

This ingredient is a Protein Hydrolysate produced from Fish.
This Hydrolysate is meant to be used in formulations for “Bone Protection and/or Maintenance”.
OYSTER FLESH HYDROLYSATE: OSTRINE®
This ingredient is obtained through Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Oyster Flesh ; it has proven Anti-radical Properties based on in-vitro tests. This Hydrolysate is also rich in Taurine, an Amino Acid with the following properties :
- Detoxification effect,
- Influence on the cellular permeability.
